Craniosacral Therapy

 Craniosacral Therapy works with the cerebrospinal fluid that flows from the brain down to the sacrum via the spinal cord. This very effective therapy works with the rhythm of this fundamental fluid, as well as the 22 cranial bones. By working with this fluid the body is encouraged to come back into balance, releasing trauma and restrictions in such a gentle way that this treatment is safe for the young and old. There are so many factors that can impact the cranial rhythm, everything from a direct injury or trauma, any shock endured physically or emotionally. Through observing the cranial rhythm and making gentle adjustments, the entire body can come back into balance, bringing such relief. Unlike other treatments, your whole system will be adjusted, not just focusing on one area, because it can be common for surrounding areas to be impacted, like a ripple effect or for primary and secondary injuries to get mixed up.
