Due to the importance of a personalised approach your initial consultation will take an hour and a half, Sarah will take the time to fully understand each and every symptom, understand your family history and learn about you as a person…your favourite foods, your personality, career, sleep etc.

Sarah will then prescribe your best suited remedies for your symptoms. Homeopathy stimulates and empowers your body to do the healing, going to the source of the imbalance.

You will be given 1-3 remedies and a follow up appointment is usually between 4-6 weeks later.
