 Reiki is a healing technique using universal energy that allows the whole person to be healed, on all levels including physically and emotionally. 

Sarah is a registered Master Practitioner with the UK Reiki Federation and is very passionate about working with her clients and seeing the results Reiki can achieve.

During your appointment Sarah will focus on your personal energy, balance your individual chakras and cleanse your aura. This is your time, if you wish for Sarah to include crystals, sound therapy or positive affirmations/visualisation these can be incorporated also. Once Sarah has finished she will take the time to talk you through what she picked up on and what has been cleared.
