Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment, or missed appointments, will be charged at the full session fee. 

I understand that unexpected situations can arise, and I will always do my best to be fair where possible.
